Today, it’s about YOU! Yep, you.  My guest, Katrina Myers and I have a massive question for you two months into this year and that question is ARE YOU LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF?

For many small business owners, including myself, I can be my best best friend and my own worst enemy all in a day – or an hour if I’m being honest!

This year I am trying to prioritise me because my life is shifting (again) and this year is going to look different – not just because I am going to be a Grandma! I know right! How cool is that?!?! A Grandma in my forties – I am SO excited.  But it means a few things are going to have to change this year.  Many of which I will undoubtedly share with you here on the pod as the year rolls on.

So, who is Katrina Myers and why should she be asking such a huge question to you today? Katrina is a fellow rural podcaster (This Rural Life), and Speaker as well as an Avocado farmer, AirBnB host and a Meditation and Wellbeing Educator.  Yes, lots of hats so I think she is the perfect person to be teaching us meditation and well-being – because she must practice this stuff well to get through her days!
